FieldProspects
Who it is for

Who uses FieldProspects power project data

FieldProspects serves four kinds of team: developers and IPPs, data center site selectors, investors and lenders, and energy sales teams. All four work from one database of 36,480 power projects, 3,626 tracked data centers and 24,750 people, and each page below starts from the table and number that team uses first.

Data as of

The same database answers four different first questions. A developer asks how deep the queue is, a site selector asks where new power is planned, a lender asks who stands behind a pipeline, and a sales team asks who to call.

Each page states that question, the table the team opens first, and the totals it starts from. The totals are aggregates. The 8,057 planned projects, 28,423 operating units and 24,750 people behind them stay in the database.

Four teams, the table each opens first, and the number it starts from
TeamOpens firstStarts from
Developers and IPPs The Planned table, filtered to one grid 1,547.4 GW planned across 8,057 projects
Data center site selection The Data centers table, beside planned projects by state 3,626 data centers, 453.5 GW stated
Investors and lenders The Developers table, pipeline beside operating fleet 981 companies with attributed projects
Energy sales teams The Contacts table, cut by company, level and state 24,750 people at 406 companies

All four teams use the same filters and export: 51 states including D.C., grid operators, technologies and capacity bands, with a map mode and CSV or Excel export of exactly what is filtered. Planned capacity in the database totals 1,547.4 GW, and operating capacity 1,413.1 GW.
