About FieldProspects
FieldProspects is a subscription database of planned and operating U.S. power projects, data centers, the developers behind them, and the decision-makers at those companies.
Data as of
What it is
Most trackers stop at the project. FieldProspects goes from the project to the company behind it and the people at that company, so a filter becomes a target list. It covers generation, the operating fleet and the data center pipeline in one place.
Each project row is one generating unit, not a whole plant, so a single plant can appear more than once.

Where the data comes from
| U.S. Energy Information Administration | Form EIA-860M, the Preliminary Monthly Electric Generator Inventory. |
|---|---|
| ISO and RTO interconnection queues | Planned generation waiting to connect to the grid. |
| Public announcements, permits and company filings | Data centers, with their announced or permitted load. |
| Company-sourced records | Contacts at the companies behind the projects. |
How access works
You request access with your name, company, work email and what you do. FieldProspects is built for teams in US power development, site selection, infrastructure finance, and the companies that sell to them.
After you request access, you get a private status page and your login comes by email. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Who it is for
- Developers and IPPs who want the queue by grid and county before they file.
- Data center site selection teams comparing campuses against planned generation and transmission.
- Investors and lenders benchmarking a sponsor’s pipeline against its operating fleet.
- Sales, EPC and services teams building target-account lists from the queue.
